Kona Brewers Festival 2010

Special Edition. No beer review for the TBQ this week! Russel and Bully take the beer podcast to the Big Island for the 2010 Kona Brewers Festival. 30+ breweries were in attendance as well as several of the actual brewmasters. Let us know what you think in the comment section below!

yah, no rep for stone. we were hoping the same rep (anthony juarez) from the maui brewfest would be there. stay tuned though. more footage to follow.

We have more footage that we will be putting up. There was no rep from stone brewing there. We would have liked to ask the same questions you have. Maui brew they had a rep. Saw a post from maui brewing that Greg from stone would be showing up the Maui Brew Fest.

Another good one guys...and I gotta believe there's more to come from the Kona Brewfest. I'm wondering...Stone, ah yes Arrogant Bastard ahhhhh...Stone was there. They do not distribute to Hawaii. Then why come? What business purpose does it serve to do promotion in a market they are not in? I can't believe it's to create buzz for the brand prior to entering the market...hell the beer geeks will take care of the buzz. Any chance you guys discussed this with them? The marketing/business geek in me is curious...
