TweetHow do I love thy ribs, let me count thy ways....Smokey, Fall of the bone, messy, sauced, dry, beef, pork, spare, baby back, carolina style, memphis style, Oklahoma style, 3 hours on smoker bare, 2 hours on smoker wraped in foil, 1 more hour on smoker removed from foil! Enjoy with a few pints of Shiner Smokehaus! I will be in San Diego in October, I will try to find some brew's from Ballast Point. Another good episode. BBQ w/TBQ
Do I enjoy ribs? yes....best ribs are local kine from Henry Louie's in Mapunapuna...but better yet, gotta be paired w/ some strong ipa like Baird Beer's Imperial Sky....yummy! bottoms up boys!
One of the best episodes I've seen from you guys. Absolutely hilarious and very informative. For the record I don't just love ribs I'm a connoisseur! lol. My favorite ribs have to be those HomeBrew Hoisin ribs. Sadly I can't find any 510 Beer in LA. Great show guys you rocked it!
Ribs! I love em. One of the best ribs places I've been to is the Montgomery Inn Boathouse in downtown Cincinnati, OH. Simply some of THEE best ribs around I guarantee. I'm sure some barleywine or an IPA would go well with them as well.
Enjoy your shows. Keep up the great work. If you guys happen to be coming to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver this September please let me know. Would love to meet you guys and share some beer.
Cheers!
RIB BIT! I love my ribs bite size...is there such a thing? Great show...the music was perfect for the rib off.......
