Special Edition. This episode was a very last minute edition. Today thanks to Jill at SWAM, we got to check out beer tasting at Chez Moniques! There was 16 beers to taste as well as 10 sakes. We went through them all in one crack…and here is our report. Questions and comments always welcomed.

OK, you're totally on my sh*t list for the FS on the JP. Wait till you get to MI and we have a Jolly Pumpkin tasting. Better idea, don't mix stouts and sour beer.

great show. i like how when the sake testing started, it looked like those old japanese shows where the sound comes first than the mouth is moving. or was that just my computer lagging. not sure but it was funny!this is what i notice.also,that is cool of that place to have these events SWAM. bonzai !!
