Question: Why do you *have* to chug the beers? You cannot just like, pause the recording, enjoy your brew and then recap? or take your time w/it then fast forward the video?? just wondering...?

The Port Dundas cask that the Paradox was aged in is a Scotch Whiskey barrel. This is also where it derives a lot of it's flavors from. If you're not familiar with Scotch Whiskey flavors than a lot of the flavor notes in this beer would go unnoted.
